Ole Smoky Distillery Earns Coveted Distillery of the Year Title in the 2023 PR%F Awards — Thu, Feb 08, 2024

Ole Smoky Distillery has been honored as Distillery of the Year in the 2023 PR%F Awards, one of the most sought-after awards in the annual competition. 

The coveted Distillery of the Year award is determined by the collective scores of each entered product, considering its originality, consistency, flavor diversity, taste components, and packaging. All 70 judges are beverage buyers from across the US – including Delta Sky Club and Delta Airlines, Liquor World, and the national spirits buyer of Walmart, to name a few.

In addition to Distillery of the Year, Ole Smoky has been awarded the Double Gold distinction for the Peanut Butter Whiskey, Moonshine Pickles, and Banana Pudding Cream Moonshine, as well as the Century distinction for the Butter Pecan Cream Moonshine, indicating a perfect 100-point score. After each product is tasted blind, judges taste the product again while reviewing the product’s packaging, design, and brand story. The 2023 PR%F award winners are showcased in the January 2024 issue of PR%F the Magazine.
