Jason Kelce on beard care, life after football and his New Year's resolutions: 'Dry January is out of the question' — Tue, Dec 16, 2025

Jason Kelce has plenty of 2026 goals - just not the kind that involve yellow goalposts.

The retired football star shared his New Year's resolutions with Page Six Style exclusively this week, saying he's been "finding a new kind of balance" since leaving the NFL in 2024.

"Football was my life for the past 13 years, and it still is, but the possibilities are endless for what will consume the next decade of my life," the "New Heights: co-host explained, whi.e promoting his recent partnership with Ole Smoky Distillery.

But at the end of the day, he says there's "nothing more important" than spending time with his wife, Kylie Kelce, and their four daughters. 

"I'm all about prioritizing our time together, making new memories and dad jokes," he says.

"Now that i'm retired, my goal is to be there for all the special moments I can, from bedtime stories and tea parties to date nights."
