Johannes Bernau, executive chef at Who Song & Larry's Cal-Mex Cantina in Orange, uses liquid nitrogen to prepare the "Chef's Speciality Cocktail," which includes fresh raspberries, orange juice, and Ole Smokey Tennesse Strawberry Moonshine. Real Mex Restaurants of Cypress has converted an old Acapulco restaurant at the Stadium Promenade in Orange to a modern Mexican gastropub called Who Song & Larry's.
